Checkoff Assessment Questions

If you are a buyer of wheat, rye, barley, oats, or other small grains, you are required by law (302 KAR 1:080) to assess 0.25% of the gross marketing price per bushel and send that to the Kentucky Small Grain Growers Association by the 15th of the month following assessment collection.
